Barb McKenzie is the owner and founder of College Advising Pathways in Pleasanton CA. She has completed the IECA (Independent Educational Consultants Association) STI course. She earned her undergraduate BS degree in Finance from Santa Clara University, worked as a professional negotiator, and earned her MBA from Santa Clara University.  She has volunteered her time and talents to helping young adults in the community for over 20+ years and was a Girl Scout Leader for 15 years. She has advised and educated many students and their families with college planning over the last 8 years. She has worked extensively with high school students, students transferring from community colleges into 4-year programs, as well as guided students through graduate program decisions and applications.
